Allie and Braiden Backyard Session

Word's cannot describe the joy I had with these two!
On a cloudy overcast day I met up with my BestFriend and her son to snap some photos for this little guys Birthday.
Braiden will be three in a few short weeks and, well... you can never  have enough photos!
Braiden, Auntie loves you.
You and your Mama, are a HUGE Blessing!
Your smiles make the sunshine on any given cloudy day.

Enjoy these little snaps from our back yard session.
Blessings,
Auntie B

This past week I had the most amazing opportunity.
I was able to take a day-trip into San Francisco with a group of showroom photographers!
I learned so much! Photography is an art form and with that art form comes GREAT criticism.
However there will always be someone who looks at something you have done and say,
“You know what? I like this!”
There are a few snapshots from my Day in the city.

Aaron and Gabi: Engaged!

Anyone who knows me personally knows, that I love seeing people in love.
Besides spending time behind a camera, I can honestly say that seeing two people in love is my favorite thing.
Another thing that might be my favorite thing?
When a family member calls me with news of a  new engagement!

Gabi is not only a dear friend but doubles as my cousin!
You can only imagine how excited  I was to hear that she was engaged.
When I met with Gabi on the day of our session I was nervous.
Nervous because this was my dream engagement session!
Gabi is a high school teacher and her fiancee, Aaron, is a former Military man, current Paramedic student and a volunteer Fire Fighter.
Even more so, they are both committed to the works of the Lord.

When I had a moment I asked Aaron how he met my cousin.
His exact words were, "I sat next to her at fellowship and I made her laugh, that's how we met. She laughed at my jokes."
Aaron also gave me some in site to the love he has for Gabi that I find I need to share.
He told me, "If a man wants to make a relationship work to glorify God and make God happy, He musy have a heart of servitude. His goal needs to be to serve the woman he is pursuing the way Christ pursued and continues  to pursue the church. Love her exactly the way Christ loved and loves the church and so on."

Aaron and Gabi,
Not only did I have such pleasure in photographing your engagement, I also learned that when two people are in Christ... God calls the shots.
I am so excited to be able to capture your special day and truthfully, cannot wait!
Forever love and blessings over you both, together as one.

Enjoy these  few shots from our session :)

Naomi and Dorin: Trash The Dress

My entire career as a Photographer began with these two. Each time I get a text, I drop what i'm doing and meet Naomi and Dorin where they want! Two years ago, Naomi and Dorin married in Sun City Roseville.... And for their two year anniversary Naomi wanted to do something special. She wanted to  trash her dress and drag her Hubby with her! So off to San Francisco we went to a little beach I love to get away to. Naomi and Dorin this is my gift to you, a memory to last of the love and commitment you have to one another. Happy 2 Year Anniversary!! And many, many more to come :)
